  6. AppKeys is a free gift. You may distribute it to freely to anybody.

  8. AppKeys allows you to assign 'hot-keys' to applications. When the hot-key is typed the corresponding application will be started. 
  9.  
  10. To install AppKeys copy the control panel into the Control Panels folder in the System Folder and then restart your computer. To configure the control panel double click on the icon and and then type the hot-keys into the four boxes. Click the 'select' button to select an application for each key.

  12. Apart from using the hot-key to launch an application you may also use it to bring an application, that's already running, to the foreground.
